Absolutely! The sign-up form has enough space to provide notes about specific issues you see on the mobile layout.

Simply paste a link to your desktop screen recording in one or more of those spaces.

Please include specific notes and requests in writing along with your video.

Once a service is booked, we only offer refunds when specific conditions are met. In the case of Mobile Optimization services, if we find that your site isn’t ready for the service, we will cancel your booking and refund all monies paid except for the nonrefundable $30 fee. This fee covers our time spent reviewing your site before beginning services and processing the refund request, along with any merchant fees.

This is why we offer an inexpensive Website Review service if you’re unsure about booking higher tiers of this service.

A short page is generally 5 sections or less.

A long page is 6 sections or more.

If you’re unsure of how “long” you need to book, please err on the generous side to ensure your desired changes are completed in one go.

We offer a discounted rate to extend any booked service if we run out of time to complete changes. When that happens, we will send an invoice and email you.

In short, it’s unlikely your visitor will be using a tablet (statistics show a range of 2-3% of website visitors are on a tablet device).

Laptops can be a little tricky as their overall width tends to be smaller than most average desktop monitors, so occasionally, you will see odd formatting issues when viewing a site on a laptop.

This is covered in great detail on our All About Squarekicker page! In short, no, you do not need to have your own subscription for us to perform services, but if you delete the block we used Squarekicker on to “fix” mobile display issues, then those edits are lost.

Unfortunately, no. You’re better off making this decision now, and if you’re not sure, consider the Basic Package as a trial where you can see for yourself how we are able to fix sizing and spacing issues with your trickier sections or pages.
