Form Block Redesign ○ Save & Exit
What the Form Block Redesign does:
Before this change, the form block was not designed with global visitors in mind - several changes were implemented to address this:
Address fields - with the Country field being a dropdown; choosing a country will change the fields to work for that country
Some required fields change based on the selected country
Phone fields to have the country code dropdown
Date fields include a date picker, and device location will mean the format renders appropriately (MM-DD vs. DD-MM)
Time fields include a time picker, and the field will display based on the device location of the visitor
What the Save & Exit feature does:
Such a simple improvement with a massive boost to the user experience! Before, when you saved your changes, this would also exit you out of edit mode, and honestly, this was probably why I would sometimes go too long without saving. Now everyone can save changes without exiting the editor.
Benefits of this feature:
Speeds up the editing process since you can keep saving without exiting and reentering edit mode
increased sanity
