If you need to cancel after booking, we will refund your payment minus a $30 non-refundable fee. Please see each service’s FAQ for details regarding circumstances for refunding and cancellation.

Unless we’ve made arrangements, no, you do not have to “show up” for a service. However, we do ask that you keep an eye out for communications from us before your service in case we have questions or if we need to make sure you’ve added us to your website so that we can perform services.
During your appointment time, please be “available” in case we run into any issues or have questions during service delivery. Responding to an email while we’re still working on your site can ensure we complete services much quicker.
Important: most services require additional steps to be taken by you before your booked appointment time. This includes adding us as administrators to your site. Each service confirmation message will provide instructions on how to send your contributor invitation to us and what email address to use, as well as any additional steps that you may need to take.

For Website Maintenance Services, you can add on Personalized Training Video for your requested website edits. We do not currently offer training videos for other services.

No, we do not offer services or support for 7.0 websites, only migration services from 7.0 to 7.1.
